Riders must at all times comply with local motor vehicle guidelines across India, maintain active insurance documentation, and ride with full safety gear (helmets, riding jackets, gloves, boots).
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
All graphic interfaces, animated borders, phone mockup styles, trademark logos, and custom codebases associated with SENTIENTKRUZE TECHNOLOGIES, Kruze, and BMR Club App are the sole property of SENTIENTKRUZE TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Unauthorized duplication, decompiling of release APK logs, or cloning of corporate designs is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Trust Protocols
